Privacy policy

This policy explains what Taste Phoenix collects when you use tastephoenix.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, phone (optional) and a password, stored only as a secure hash.
• Orders and tickets: what you bought, for which event, and the email the tickets went to. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Messages you send through our contact form, and your email if you ask to hear about new events.
• If you manage a listing: the details you add about your business.
• Basic technical data our servers need to run the site and stop abuse, such as your IP address.

Cookies and analytics

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics (Google Analytics) runs only if you choose “Allow” on the banner; if you choose “No thanks”, it never loads. We don’t use advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and you’ll be asked again.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site, for that purpose alone:

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Resend, to send tickets and account emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, to tell people from bots on our forms.
• Our hosting and database providers.
• Google Analytics, only with your consent.

Event organizers we work with may receive the names on tickets for their event so they can run the door. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is kept while your account is open; ask us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can see and update your details on your account page, unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it.
