These terms apply when you use tastephoenix.com or buy tickets from Taste Phoenix. By using the site you agree to them.

Tickets

• A ticket admits one person (unless it says otherwise) to the event and date shown on it. Each code can be scanned once.
• Keep your ticket private; anyone with the code can use it. We can’t replace a ticket someone else has already used.
• Some events are for guests 21 and over. Bring a valid photo ID; entry may be refused without one, and no refund is due.
• Prices include a service fee shown before you pay. Promo codes and store credit can’t be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

At events

Please drink responsibly. Organizers and venues may refuse entry or service to anyone, and their own rules apply at the event.

Accounts and listings

Keep your password safe and your details accurate. If you manage a business listing, what you publish must be true and yours to share. We may edit or remove content that isn’t.

Our content

Listings and stories are for general information. Hours and details change; check with the business before you go.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
